Academic background

I received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Iran, in 2007, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. I joined Department of Food Science and Technology, Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) as an Assistant Professor in 2012 and now working as an Associate Professor.
